Crossed 41^st at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional…placed 42^nd at Big Ten Championships with a time of 25:07.0…ran a 25:14.0 in the championship race at Nuttycombe…competed at the Sam Bell Invitational where he placed 17^th in a time of 25:11.45…achieved 28^th at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (25:01)…saw a season best finish of 11^th place at the IU Open.

Indoor:
Led off the distance medley relay team that placed seventh at NCAA Championships… earned bronze in the mile at Big Ten Championships with a time of 4:14.19…took home silver with the DMR squad at Big Ten’s…snagged fourth in the mile at the Iowa State Classic (4:01.64)…notched first place in the mile at the Power 5 Invitational…set a stadium record at the same meet in the DMR (9:31.64)…saw a top-three finish in the mile at IU Relays…took second at the Gladstein Invitational in the 800-meter (1:54.10)…placed second in the 3,000 meter as part of the IU vs. Tennessee duals.

Earned All-American Honorable Mention honors after finishing 20^th in the 1,500-meter semifinals…placed third in the 1,500-meter at NCAA East Prelims with a time of 3:42.79…earned bronze in the 1,500-meter at Big Ten Championships…anchored the DMR to a fourth place finish at Penn Relays, notching a time of 9:36.89…continued to have success with the DMR squad, placed second at Tennessee Relays…competed in the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational…topped the podium in the 1,500-meter at Pac 12 vs. Big Ten Invitational.

Crossed seventh at the Hoosier Invitational.

Indoor:
Finished with bronze at the Hoosier Open in the 1,000m… nabbed a pair of top-3 finishes, second in the mile and third in the 800m run, against Tennessee… runner-up in the mile run against Purdue… third place finisher at the IU Relays in the 800m run… runner-up finish in the Meyo Mile with a time of 4:02.01… lead carry of the winning DMR team at the Alex Wilson Invitational… secured silver in the mile run at the Big Ten Championships and provided the leadoff leg of the Big Ten Champion DMR team at the conference championships… earned First-Team All-America status for his carry on the DMR team that finished fifth at the NCAA Championships.

Outdoor:
Took fifth in the 800m run at the Pac-12 v B1G Challenge and in the 1,500m run at the Tennessee Relays… secured runner-up honors in the 1,500m run and a ninth place finish in the 800m run at the Louisville Invitational… Rankin/Poehlein steeplechase winner, his first career race in the event… member of the runner-up DMR and 4xMile Relay teams at the Penn Relays… runner-up at the ISU Twilight in the 1,500m run… finished sixth in the 1,500m run and notched a medal with a third place finish in the steeplechase at the Big Ten Championships… took 15^th in a highly competitive NCAA East Prelim steeplechase race.

Finished ninth at the Hoosier Invitational.

Indoor: notched a trio of relay victories as well as a first place finish in the 800m run against Purdue… earned top 10 finishes in the 800m run on three separate occasions and four times in the mile.

Outdoor:
Ran four top 10 finishes in the 1,500m including a third place effort in the Big Ten vs. ACC Challenge… took third in the 800m run against Purdue… placed 15^th in the 1,500m run at the Big Ten Championships.
