AT COLUMBIA: Earned two All-Ivy League honors by winning the DMR at the conference's indoor meet ... was part of a second place finish at the Penn Relays in the 4x1600m ... helped Columbia earn a spot in the NCAA Cross Country Championships for the first time in program history in 2011 ... clocked best times in the 800m (1:51), 1500m (3:43), mile (4:02), 3K (8:12), 5K (14:17) and 8K (25:15)
PREP: Earned all-conference honors seven times (Track/XC), all-state honors five times (Track/XC), all-metro honors three times (XC) and was named team MVP on six occasions (Track/XC) ... led Lutheran South to back-to-back district titles in cross country, qualifying for the program's first state meet appearance in 20 years ... broke the school record in the mile, clocking in at 4:13 ... ran a 1:55 800m and clocked in a career best 15:40 in the 5K ... also earned a letter in soccer one season and in basketball for two seasons.
