Agent Registration
Indiana University requests that all athlete agents that represent or plan to represent Indiana student-athletes complete the Agent Information Intake Form listed below. This will certify that you are aware of your responsibilities as an athlete-agent under federal and state law as well as allow Indiana Compliance to contact you with information and updates related to your representation.
