Answer:
- Technically, this answer is yes, but only on the day of the home visit can the coach make unlimited calls.
- One the day of the home visit.
- 5 days prior to an official visit, on the day of a home visit (a permissible, in-person, off-campus contact), on the initial date for the signing of the NLI and during the two days immediately following the initial signing date, and subsequent to NLI signing or other written commitment.
