Compliance Question Of The Week
Question:
Women's Tennis is bringing in five prospects for official visits this weekend (Friday - Sunday). Is it permissible for the coach to have the team and the prospects out to his house on Saturday for a cookout and then bring the prospects (only) back for breakfast Sunday morning at his house?
Answer:
No! According to Bylaw 13.7.5.7.1, a prospect can have dinner at the coach's house as long as it is on a scale comparable to normal student life, and as long as it is on ONE occassion (the breakfast would constitute two meals at the coach's house during the prospects' official visit). Congratulations to Ron Turner for getting the correct answer WITH the bylaw cite!
