1. If a coach is doing a home visit with a prospect whose parents are divorced, is it permissible to meet both parents (with their respective significant others as well) at a neutral location, such as a restaurant in their home town?
2. Is it okay for the parents to request that the prospect's high school coach also attend?
3. May the Indiana coach (or coaches as the case may be) pay for the parents and/or the HS coach's meal?

2. Yes (the HS coach is there at the request of the prospect and/or his/her parents and is therefore NOT an impermissible recruiter)

The best way to avoid potential problems with splitting the bill for the meal would be to ask the wait-staff for separate checks when PLACING your order.
