Question 1: What NCAA and IU rules do you need to comply with prior to donating any IU equipment or apparel (that was purchased out of IU Athletics funds)?
Question 1: What NCAA and IU rules do you need to comply with prior to donating any IU equipment or apparel (that was purchased out of IU Athletics funds)?
Answer: The sale or donation (NCAA compliance) paperwork needs to be filled out (to make sure we are in compliance with Bylaw 13.16.1.5) and we must work through Marty Clark, who must then coordinate with the IU purchasing department for approval.
