Question: May an institutional staff member who owns or operates a camp or clinic hire a prospect to work at the camp or clinic?
Answer: No, a an institution, members of its staff or representatives of its athletics interests shall not employ or give free or reduced admission privileges to a high school, prep school or two year college athletics award winner. [Bylaw 13.13.1.5.1] Also, as Amy pointed out, a coach can not work at an noninstitutional or privately owned camp if a prospect who is an athletics award winner is employed or received free or reduced admission. [Bylaw 13.13.2.3.2]
