Question: Is it permissible to take a prospect up to the Cream and Crimson suite in the press box during a football game?
Question: Is it permissible to take a prospect up to the Cream and Crimson suite in the press box during a football game?
Answer: Only before or after the game, or during half-time. Bylaw 13.7.5.2 prohibits us from providing seating for the prospect or those persons accompanying the prospect in the press box during the conduct of the event. So, our institutional policy is to allow prospects access to the press box (or sidelines) if they need to meet with the AD, President, or others only before or after the game, or during half-time.
