Compliance Tip of the Week:
Summer Camp Employment - Four Year Transfers
It is not permissible to employ four year college transfers at an IU sports camp or clinic prior to their full-time enrollment and attendance at IU as these individuals are considered prospects until they have registered, enrolled and attended classes at IU during the regular academic year (excluding summer) or the participate in a regular squad practice or competition that occurs before the beginning of the term. (e.g. soccer, field hockey, cross country)
