Question:
Is it permissible to send (via regular mail) a postcard created on the following website (www.premiumpostcard.com) because it is a service offered by the U.S. Postal Service (can reach it via a link from the USPS website - www.usps.com)?
Answer:
NO - As these postcards/notecards are not blank postcards as required by 13.4.1-(a) it is impermissible to send these to prospects.
Question:
Is it permissible to provide lodging at a suite in the IMU to a prospect and his/her parents during an official visit when there are no other rooms available on or near campus?
Answer:
NO - Indiana University policy (per NCAA Bylaws 13.5.1 and 13.7.5.1) does not permit lodging in suites for prospects and their parents during official visits.
