True, Bylaw 16.12.2.2.2. If you use your access number for a valid reason (need to connect to the internet on a road trip for class work that is due upon return or an emergency situation) be sure to inform the student-athlete not to use it for personal reasons or give it to others to use. Please do not post your access number in your office or leave it in an accessible place like your desk drawer.
