Question:
May IU provide complimentary admissions to (1) a prospect or (2) a high school coach to attend the men's basketball game at Conseco fieldhouse on December 28th against Ball State?

May IU provide complimentary admissions to (1) a prospect or (2) a high school coach to attend the men's basketball game at Conseco fieldhouse on December 28th against Ball State?
Answer: (Two parts)
(1) We may provide a maximum of THREE complimentary admissions for the exclusive use of the prospect and those persons accompanying the prospect to any regular-season home game at a site not designated as our regular home facility. Please note that you may only have face-to-face interaction with the prospect/prospect's parents/legal guardians if your sport is in a contact period on December 28th, and it must count as one of the permissible recruiting contacts with that prospect. (NCAA Bylaw 13.8.2.2)
(2) We may not provide any complimentary admissions to a high school coach to the game because it does not occur on the IUB campus. (NCAA Bylaw 13.9.1)
