Question:Do recruiting regulations apply to 4-year transfer student-athletes?
Answer:Y es, as soon as we receive permission to contact a 4-year transfer student-athlete all of the applicable recruiting restrictions apply (e.g., number of telephone calls permitted, contact and evaluation restrictions). Coaches, please make sure to record all recruiting activity for your four-year transfer student-athletes in the same manner as you do for all other prospects.
