Question:How can a coach ensure that he/she is not calling a prospect more than the maximum number of times permitted by NCAA legislation? (e.g., once per week)
Answer:P rior to making any telephone calls to prospects, coaches should check the prospect's recruiting log folder and/or recruiting database to ensure that the phone call will not exceed the maximum number of calls permitted during a given time period. This is especially important when more than one coach from the same staff is calling the same prospect.
