Compliance Question Of The Week
Compliance Question Of The Week
Question:
Can you give us a refresher on Athletically Related Activities (ARA's)?
Answer:
In-season: You can start Monday 30th with up to 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, with one day off. No other limits (other than all the usual limits....).
Out-of-Season: You can also start Monday 30th (assuming all the above stuff is done) with 8 hours per week required; no more than 2 hours of which can be sport-specific coaching or video; with 2 full days off. At this time, until the calendar day Wednesday 15th September, ALL out-of-season teams may only practice with 4 or fewer team members at one time. This, and all activity, should be accurately recorded on your ARA logs, which will be available next week - at little or no cost.
