GAME TICKETS
Every individual, over the age of 2, must have a ticket to be admitted. For gameday ticket purchases, ticket booths on both the north and south ends of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall will open approximately 90 minutes before the start of each IU Women’s Basketball home game. Tickets can also be purchased before the game online, over the phone, or during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at the IU Ticket Office located in the West Lobby of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. To contact the Ticket Office, call 1-866-IUSPORTS (487-7678) or (812) 855-4006. The IU Ticket Office is now cashless and all tickets will need to purchased using a credit card for payment.
IU STUDENT TICKETS
IU students receive free admission to regular season IU Women's Basketball home games. IU students will scan their Crimson Card to gain entry into the game.
IU FACULTY & STAFF TICKETS
IU faculty/staff can receive up to two (2) complimentary tickets for regular season IU Women’s Basketball home games. Faculty/Staff can secure complimentary tickets through the IU Faculty & Staff Complimentary Ticket Portal through one.iu.edu, or by showing their valid Crimson Card at an IU Athletics ticket office window.
PARKING
IU Athletics will be charging for parking in gates 2, 4, 12, 13, 14. The purple lot (gates 10 and gates 11) will be the only lot free of charge. All lots are cashless. IU Athletics Parking lots.
TRAFFIC
Officers will be placed at key intersections (including 17th and Dunn; 17th and Woodlawn; 17th and Fee) to support free flowing traffic before IU Women’s Basketball games played at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. At the conclusion of games, officers at those same key intersections and modified traffic lights will be utilized to support free-flowing traffic.
METAL DETECTORS
Magnetometers (metal detectors) are positioned at each entry point for Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall for all IU Women’s Basketball games. The average walk through magnetometer screening time per patron ranges from five to seven seconds.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
All items that fans wish to bring into Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall for an IU Women’s Basketball game must fit in either a clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12"x6"x12", a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar) or a small clutch bag with or without a handle/strap that does not exceed 4.5"x6.5" (approximately the size of a hand). Each patron is allowed one small clutch bag or one clear plastic bag that meets the above requirements.
PASS OUTS
Patrons may not leave and re-enter Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall before or during games.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible seating is located in either the north or south loge with access directly from the lobbies. Accessible restrooms are located in both the north and south lobbies. Accessible seating areas in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall are first come, first served.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
The ticket office will not issue refunds or exchanges.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions are located on the main concourse and the north court level. All concession stands are cashless.
CONTAINERS
No containers or coolers are permitted in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
EMERGENCIES
Emergency calls should be directed to the IU Police at (812) 855-4111. In the event of a serious emergency or evacuation, please follow the directions of members of the IU Event Services team and uniformed police officers who are available to assist guests, including those with disabilities. Information will also be provided over the public address system and on the stadium scoreboard.
IU TEAM STORE (MERCHANDISE)
The IU Team Store is located in the West Lobby of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. To contact the IU Team Store, please call (812) 855-0595. The IU Team Store is cashless and accepts all major credit cards.
LOST AND FOUND
Any found items can be turned into IU Event Services team. Patrons may claim lost items by calling the IU Event Services office at (812) 855-4575.
LOST PATRONS
Lost patrons and those trying to locate them should contact a member of the IU Event Services team, a uniformed police officer, or call IU Police at (812) 855-4111.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
For your safety, and the enjoyment of others, the following items are not permitted in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall: umbrellas, cans or bottles, banners and signs, noisemakers, radios (without ear phones), and televisions. Neither lockers nor check-in facilities are available at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
PROJECTILES
For the safety of all patrons, the throwing of objects is prohibited in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. Patrons throwing objects will be escorted from the stadium.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout on each level of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. All Gender restrooms are also located throughout the building for use for anyone including families with small children are 100 percent accessible.
SMOKING
The IU Bloomington campus has a tobacco-free policy that prohibits the use of tobacco on University property.
USHERS
The IU Event Services team members serve the needs of patrons and are located at entry ways within Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
