Alcohol
All alcohol sales conclude with 10 minutes remaining in the second half.
Animals
Only certified service animals will be admitted. All other animals are prohibited.

Cameras
Video recording devices and cameras with lenses longer than six inches are not permitted. No photos taken on Indiana University grounds or in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall may be sold or reproduced for commercial purposes.
Cashless
All concessions, Team Store, Ticket Office and Parking Lot locations are cashless. All major credit cards are accepted. Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at all concessions locations.
Childcare
Strollers are not permitted in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. Necessary diaper bags are allowed after proper inspection at all gates.
Concessions
Concessions are located on the main and balcony concourse and the north court level.
Containers
No containers or coolers are permitted in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
Emergencies
Emergency calls should be directed to the IU Police at 812-855-4111 or by contacting 812-369-MYIU (6948). In the event of a serious emergency or evacuation, please follow the directions of members of the IU Event Services team and uniformed police officers who are available to assist guests, including those with disabilities. Information will also be provided over the public address system and on the arena scoreboard.
First Aid
The first aid station is located in the East Corridor Room 154 of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. Contact the nearest member of the IU Event Services team or uniformed police officer if assistance is needed.

To request guest assistance, report a concern, or if you feel threatened in any way, please notify the nearest member of the IU Event Services team, uniformed police officer or send a text message to 812-369-MYIU (6948).
IU Event Services
The IU Event Services team members are located at all entrances to the arena. To request guest assistance, report a concern, or if you feel threatened in any way, please notify the nearest member of the IU Event Services team, uniformed police officer or send a text message to 812-369-MYIU (6948).
IU Team Store
The Team Store is located in the West Lobby of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
Lost and Found
Any found items can be turned into IU Event Services team. Patrons may claim lost items by calling the IU Event Services office at (812) 855-4575.
Lost Patrons
Lost patrons and those trying to locate them should contact a member of the IU Event Services team, a uniformed police officer, or call IU Police at (812) 855-4111.
Prohibited Items
For your safety, and the enjoyment of others, the following items are not permitted in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall: umbrellas, cans or bottles, banners and signs, noisemakers, radios (without ear phones), and televisions. Neither lockers nor check-in facilities are available at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
Projectiles
For the safety of all patrons, the throwing of objects is prohibited in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. Patrons throwing objects will be escorted from the arena.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout each level of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. All Gender restrooms are also located throughout the building for use for anyone including families with small children.
Rideshare/Taxi Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Uber, Lyft and taxi companies can pick up and/or drop off passengers at Bart Kaufman Field off Fee Lane.
Security
All patrons will be subject to a search as they enter Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. This is intended to provide a safe and secure environment for everyone attending the game.
Smoking and Vaping
The IU Bloomington campus prohibits all forms of tobacco and vaping, including e-cigarettes and other alternative nicotine products, on University property.
Solicitation
For the safety and enjoyment of all of our fans, IU Athletics does not permit the resale of tickets, setting up a promotional space and/or distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials in or around IU sports venues and adjacent areas controlled by IU Athletics on event day. Furthermore, IU Athletics does not permit any person, group, and/or charity to solicit fans for financial support or contributions before, during, or after IU sports competitions, games and events.
Weapons
Weapons of any type, including any item that may be deemed by Indiana University or Event Services as unsafe or a security issue, are not permitted.
