Alcohol
All alcohol sales will conclude at the end of the third quarter.
Animals
Only certified service animals will be admitted. All other animals are prohibited.

Cameras
Video recording devices and cameras with lenses longer than six inches are not permitted. No photos taken on Indiana University grounds or in Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium may be sold or reproduced for commercial purposes.
Cashless
All concessions, Team Store, Ticket Office and Park Lot locations are cashless. All major credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Childcare
Strollers are not permitted in Merchants Banks Field at Memorial Stadium. Necessary diaper bags are allowed after proper inspection at Gate E1 or W3. Diaper changing facilities are located:
West Side – Men's Room between Section 7 and 8, Women’s Restroom between Section 5 and 6
Upper West Side – Restrooms near Entry 101 and 112
North Side – Henke Hall of Champions Floor 3 East Restrooms (Men’s and Women’s), All restrooms between entries 13-20
East Side – Women's Restroom outside Entry 26
All Excellence Academy restrooms
A Mothers Room is located in the Shuel Center Room E011 (staff escort needed).
Should you and your child become separated, notify the nearest member of the IU Event Services team or uniformed police officer.
Concessions
Concessions are available on all concourse levels. IU Athletics is cashless at its home venues, so all major credit cards are accepted along with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Containers
No coolers are permitted in Merchants Banks Field at Memorial Stadium. Fans are allowed to bring in an empty clear water bottle (up to 64 oz) to fill with water at water stations inside the stadium.
Emergencies
Emergency calls should be directed to the Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium Command Center at 812-856-0622 or IU Police at 812-855-4111. In the event of a serious emergency or evacuation, please follow the directions of members of the IU Event Services team and uniformed police officers who are available to assist guests, including those with disabilities. Information will also be provided over the public address system and on the stadium scoreboard.
First Aid
First aid stations are located inside W3 in the West Stands and behind Entry 21 in the East Stands. Contact the nearest member of the IU Event Services team or uniformed police officer if assistance is needed.

IU Event Services
The IU Event Services team are located at all entry ways and gates in the stadium. IU Team Store
Kiosks are open on the East and West Concourses of Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium prior to the game and remain open throughout the event (located at Sections 5, 7, 16, 26, 28, and South End Zone). On non-gamedays, the IU Team Store is open Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. The IU Team Store is located in the West Lobby of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. To shop online visit shop.iuhoosiers.com.
Limited Mobility IU Athletics Parking Lot Shuttle
Pick-up locations are just outside the stadium on the southwest (near Gate W1), northwest (near W5), northeast (near E2) and southeast (near E4) corners.
Lost and Found
Any found items can be turned in to any member of the IU Event Services team. Patrons may claim lost items by calling IU Event Services at 812-855-4575.
Lost Patrons
Lost patrons and those trying to locate them should contact a member of the IU Event Services team, a uniformed police officer, or call IU Police at 812-855-4111.
Pass Outs
Pass outs are available at all gates at all times. Ticket Office booths will close near the end of the third quarter, but Event Staff will continue to scan tickets.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted in Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium: outside food and beverages; umbrellas; cans or glass bottles; banners, placards and signs; flags; balloons; noisemakers; radios (without earphones); seat backs or cushions containing metal; packages; and televisions. Neither lockers nor check-in facilities are available at Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium.
Projectiles
For the safety of all patrons, the throwing of objects is prohibited in Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium. Patrons throwing objects will be escorted from the stadium.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the stadium in the concourse areas. See Childcare for baby changing locations. Private restrooms are located at Entry 13 and Entry 20.
Rideshare/Taxi Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Uber, Lyft and taxi companies can pick up and/or drop off passengers at either the intersection of Fee Lane and 17th Street (near Briscoe) or at 12th and Woodlawn.
Security
All patrons will be subject to a search as they enter Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium. This is intended to provide a safe and secure environment for everyone attending the game.
Sensory Inclusion
A Damar Sensory Wall and sensory bags are located in the south end zone at the Guest Services table.
Smoking and Vaping
The IU Bloomington campus prohibits all forms of tobacco and vaping, including e-cigarettes and other alternative nicotine products, on University property.
Solicitation
For the safety and enjoyment of all of our fans, IU Athletics does not permit the resale of tickets, setting up a promotional space and/or distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials in or around IU sports venues and adjacent areas controlled by IU Athletics on event day. Furthermore, IU Athletics does not permit any person, group, and/or charity to solicit fans for financial support or contributions before, during, or after IU sports competitions, games and events.
Stadium Seatbacks
Stadium seatbacks may be rented on game day. Stadium seat kiosks are located on the East and West Concourses (inside Gate E3 and Gate W2) of Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas may not be carried into or used in Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium. Check-in facilities are not available.
Water Bottles and Stations
Fans are allowed to bring in one (1) empty clear water bottle (up to 64 oz.) into Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium to fill up with water at water stations located in the concourse. Any water bottle that has liquid in it will need to be completely dumped out upon entry into the stadium. Water stations are located near Section 22 on the East Side; Near Section 9 on the West Side; and courtesy the water fountains near the restrooms on the North Side.
Weapons
Weapons of any type, including any item that may be deemed by Indiana University or Event Services as unsafe or a security issue, are not permitted.
Wheelchair/Accessible Seating
In order for us to direct you to the most convenient location, please either:

Visit an IU Ticket Office booth upon your arrival at the stadium.
Accessible seating is located in the first row of Sections 25-28 (access through the Shuel Center with staff escort); Sections 15-18 (access via north end zone entries); and on four platforms (Section 4/5; 8/9; 24/25; 28/29).
