SOPHOMORE YEAR: 2010
Lefty pitcher suffered a shoulder injury in the season opener and was limited to just 3 1/3 innings on the season ... was able to contribute offensively for the Hoosiers, hitting .229 with six RBI and a .357 on-base percentage ... struck out three in his 2010 debut vs. USD (2/19), having his start cut short by an injury ... started in the batting order for the first time, setting up at DH against Miami (3/14) ... had his first hit as a Hoosier with a single against Morehead State (3/23) ... knocked two hits and drove in three runs against Xavier (3/24) ... had a key, pinch-hit RBI single in the opener with Michigan (4/2) ... returned to the mound in the finale with Ohio State (4/11) ... had a 2-for-3 day in a start at Michigan State (5/15).
