2015 - JUNIOR
Led Indiana with 1.21 earned run average and 5-0 record, appearing in 10 games while starting eight…team-high fifth win came in NCAA Regional opener vs. Radford, recording season bests of 7.0 innings pitched and six strikeouts while limiting Highlanders to one unearned run in his first NCAA Tournament appearance…three of five wins came in Big Ten play, including vs. Ohio State (5/15), a 6.0-inning performance in which he allowed just one run and tossed five strikeouts…had five games of at least four strikeouts…made debut in start vs. Eastern Michigan (3/11) in comeback from Tommy John surgery.
2014 - REDSHIRT YEAR
Granted redshirt after undergoing Tommy John surgery ... posted 3-1 record with 2.2 ERA and one save in six starts and nine overall appearances ... earned back-to-back Big Ten Pitcher of the Week honors (March 17, 24) and surrendered just three earned runs in 28.1 innings pitched in the entire month of March.
2013 - SOPHOMORE
Racked up eight wins on the hill, tied for the fourth most in the Big Ten ... went 8-2 overall with a 3.01 ERA and 50 strikeouts in 15 starts spanning 83.2 innings ... clinched outright Big Ten title by cruising through 8.1 innings to the tune of one run on four hits and two walks on the final day of the regular season at Ohio State ... notched a `W' at Florida, giving up zero earned runs in 7.2 innings of work ... manned the bump for eight shutout innings versus Penn State, fanning seven Nittany Lions ... came back and struck out seven more in very next start, an IU victory at Iowa ... began the season 7-0 in first 11 starts.
2012 - FRESHMAN
Named to the Big Ten All-Freshman team ... member of the weekend rotation all year long, making 15 starts ... ranked 10th in the Big Ten with a 3.21 ERA ... compiled five wins and 53 strikeouts in 84 innings pitched ... crafty southpaw struck out 26 batters looking, the third-most in the conference ... earned Big Ten Freshman of the Week laurels on Apr. 23 after tossing a complete game shutout with eight Ks against Georgia Southern (4/21) ... combined with Ryan Halstead for another team shutout on May 18, fanning eight Ohio State batters and allowing just three hits in pitching the first eight shutout innings ... chewed up at least five innings in 11 of 15 starts ... earned four Big Ten wins.
