Appeared in 47 games, making 35 starts at second base … registered 15 hits, 13 runs, 13 walks and 7 RBI … scored a run in each of her first two starts of the season (Virginia and St. John’s) … singled and drew a walk against St. Joseph’s on March 8 … scored two runs and had an RBI in IU’s win against Saint Francis on March 17 … in Indiana’ three-game sweep of Michigan State, led the team with a .857 average, six hits, four runs and five RBI … in the opener against the Spartans, went 2-for-3 with two runs and three RBI … in the second game, went 3-for-3 with one run and two RBI … went 1-for-1 with two walks in the finale on March 31 … had a pair of hits in the series against Michigan … singled and had an RBI in IU’s win against Maryland on April 12

A four-year letterwinner and four-year All-Conference selection from Homestead High School ... holds career records at Homestead for hits (176), home runs (20), runs scored (137) and assists (201) … recorded a career batting average of .456 … set seven single-season records during her senior year, including hits (63), doubles (21), home runs (12), runs (55), RBI (46), average (.568) and assists (88) … for her record-setting senior campaign, she was named the News-Sentinel Softball Player of the Year, as well as being named a member of the News-Sentinel All-Area Softball Team … helped lead her team to a Sectional Championship in her senior season … in her junior season, Galovich was named the team's Defensive Player of the Year after recording 76 assists and pulling in a fielding percentage of .946 in 2013-14 … played travelball for Fort Wayne AWP Sports 18U Cougars … daughter of Ron and Martha … has one brother, Kyle, who is also attending Indiana.
