Named an Academic All-Big Ten Honoree…tabbed for USTFCCCA All-Academic...placed fourth at Big Ten Championships in the mile with a time of 4:10.50…took first with the DMR squad at Big Ten Championships…set a personal best in the mile and took runner-up in a time of 4:04.95 at the Meyo Invitational…raced with the 4x800m relay squad that finished in second at the Gladstein Invite…secured second and clocked a rime of 1:53.15 in the 800m at Hoosier Hills…notched fourth with a time of 1:53.35 in the 800m at IU vs. Tennessee Duals.

Saw a season-best time of 25:29.1 in the B race at Nuttycombe…had a top-10 finish at the Illini Open (26:41.5).

Captured second in the 1000m with a time of 2:25.00 at Hoosier Open.
Outdoor:
Advanced to the semifinal of the 1500m at NCAA Championships… took sixth in the 1500m at Big Ten Championships with a time of 3:45.20… part of the winning DMR squad that clocked a time of 9:54.46 at Florida Relays… had top-five finishes in the 1500m twice—at the Cardinal Classic and Billy Hayes Invite… took second in the 4x800-meter relay with a time of 7:24.98 at Tennessee Relays.

Kicked off the season by placing second in the 1,000 meter run at the Hoosier Open (2:25.67)…part of 4x400 relay squad that placed fifth at the same meet… topped the podium in the 800-meter in a season-best time of 1:50.97 at the Indiana Relays…had a strong showing in the 800-meter at the Indiana vs. Tennessee Duals, placed second in a time of 1:52.96…at Hoosier Hills, participated in the 800-meter where he took second (1:51.04)…ran unattached in the 800-meter at the Gladstein Invite where he finished third (1:54.51)…competed in the one mile at the Power Five Invitational, took third with a time of 4:07.05…part of the Distance Medley Relay team that snagged fourth at the Alex Wilson Invitational…took runner-up honors in the one mile at Big Ten Championships (4:14.04)…continued to compete with the Distant Medley Relay team as they placed second with a time of 9:45.10.
