Ali Crouch joined the IU Sports Medicine staff in July 2018. She primarily covers women’s field hockey and women's golf.
Crouch enters her eighth season as Indiana Field Hockey’s Athletic Trainer in fall 2025.
A native of Michigan, Ali earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in kinesiology from Hope College in 2008. She went on to earn a Master of Science degree in athletic training from Indiana University in 2010. Ali worked for IU Health Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine – Bloomington from 2010 to 2013 as the full-time athletic trainer at Owen Valley High School. From there she went on to the University of Mount Olive in Mount Olive, NC and served as an assistant athletic trainer until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Ali was the associate athletic trainer at Eastern Kentucky University covering the women’s basketball and men’s and women’s golf programs.
Ali is an approved clinical instructor with the MSAT and graduate programs at IU. A member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, Ali is certified in Graston, Dry Needling, and Sports Manual Therapy.
She currently resides in Bloomington with her husband, Eric, daughter, Matilda, and son, Jennings.
