2023 (Senior): Played in eight games with one start … recognized with Academic All-Big Ten honors … earned the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award ... named IU's Female Scholar-Athlete of the Month for February 2024 ... named to NFHCA National Academic Squad ... Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.

2022 (Junior): Played in 17 games with two starts … recorded one shot on the season against No. 4 Northwestern (Oct. 28), it was on goal … named Academic All-Big Ten ... NFHCA National Academic Squad ... named a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.

2021 (Sophomore): Played in six games ... saw significant action against No. 16 Ohio State (Oct. 8) and No. 24 Kent State (Oct. 10) ... fired off a shot against St. Louis (Oct. 22).

2020-2021 (Freshman): Saw first career minutes on opening day against Rutgers on Feb. 26 … played in all 15 games for the Hoosiers … saw first career shot at Maryland on Mar. 19.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Served as team captain … was a “Player to Watch” in 2019 … named to the First Team All-Metro list in 2019 and Third Team All-Metro in 2018 … helped the team make the Final Four of the state tournament back-to-back years, in 2017 and then again in 2018…part of the Gateway club team that was ranked No. 1 in Missouri and No. 6 in the United States … part of the squad that won the National Club Regional Championship … aided in the team placing ninth in the national championship … helped the team capture gold medals at the Regional Club Championship in 2016 and were runners-up at the National Club Championship … earned Academic High Honors from 2017-2020 … member of student council all four years...born to Tom and Jen Etling ... has three younger siblings ... a brother named Tommy and two sisters named Addy and Avery ... is an exercise major while also studying pre-med.

WHY IU: "Both of my parents attended Indiana, so it has been where I've wanted to go since I was a kid. When I came to visit, I immediately felt at home. The team really feels like a family, and I just had a gut feeling that this was where I wanted to go."
