• Cole Peterson is in his first season as Indiana assistant director of football operations and assistant to head coach Tom Allen.
• Comes to IU after serving as the youngest director of football operations in Division 1 at Youngstown State University.
• Began working at YSU in June 2018 as an offensive assistant and in recruiting operations.
• Elevated to assistant to the head coach/operations and recruiting in Feb. 2020.
• Assistant coach and director of basketball operations at Pine-Richland High School during the 2017-18 campaign.
• A student helper at UAB, the University of Akron and the University of Pittsburgh June 2013-Nov. 2017.
• Earned his general studies degree from Youngstown State in Dec. 2021.
