• Jordan Hicks is in his third season as an athletic performance coach with the Indiana football program.
• Spent two years as Utah State University’s director of strength and conditioning (2019-20), prior to joining Indiana.
• Assistant director of sports performance at the University of Utah from 2012-18, where he worked with the football (2012-19) and track and field (2012-14) programs.
• Served as North Alabama University’s director of strength and conditioning in 2010 and 2011.
• Started his career as a graduate assistant/intern with the University of Kentucky in 2009.
• Defensive end at Southern Illinois University (2000-01) and Georgetown (Ky.) College (2002-04).
• Graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in kinesiology-exercise science in 2005 from Georgetown College.
• Signed with the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent and played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and NFL Europe’s Hamburg Sea Devils and Amsterdam Admirals.
• Earned his CSCS Certification from the NSCA.
• Jordan and his wife, Candi, have two sons, Sheldon (9) and Hudson (7).
• Older brother, Reese, is a scout for the Atlanta Falcons and his twin sister, Lindsey, is the associate head coach for Virginia Tech's women’s basketball program.
