• Lee Wilbanks is in his fourth season as Indiana’s senior director of recruiting.
• IU’s 2019 signing class was the highest rated in school history and included a record five four-star prospects.
• The Hoosiers 2021 class included five of the Top 11 players from the state of Indiana.
• Spent 2016-18 as an assistant athletics director for player personnel and 2013-15 as the coordinator of recruiting development at Ole Miss.
• The Rebels recorded four-straight Top 20 recruiting classes from 2013-16.
• Served as the passing game coordinator/recruiting coordinator and receivers coach at Hinds Community College in Jackson, Miss., from 2010-12.
• Worked as the recruiting coordinator and secondary coach in 2008 and 2009 at Lambuth University.
• An outside linebackers coach and director of football operations at North Carolina A&T (2007) and volunteer assistant coach at Ole Miss (2006).
• From 2004-06, was a volunteer graduate assistant coach at Murray State University.
• Earned his bachelor of business administration from the University of Mississippi in 2004.
• Lee and his wife, Caroline, have one daughter, Callie (5), and one son, Luke (2).
