Willis graduated with a media degree in May 2018. He collected 127 tackles, 73 solo, with 1.5 sacks, six for loss, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, two pass breakups and one quarterback hurry in 47 games (14 starts).

2018 (Senior): Started all 12 games in the middle ... made 62 tackles (2nd on the team), 37 solo (3rd), 1.5 sacks, four for loss, one pass breakup and one quarterback hurry ... reached six stops in six games and led the team in tackles four times ... collected six stops with a career-best five solos and one for loss in the Ball State win (9/8) ... collected a game – and career-high nine tackles at No. 3 Ohio State (10/6) ... posted six stops, five solo, against Iowa (10/13) ... tallied five tackles and a half-sack against No. 18 Penn State (10/20) ... dished out six stops with one sack at Minnesota (10/26) ... 2016 (Sophomore): Made his first career start in the Foster Farms Bowl vs. No. 19 Utah (12/28) ... played in 12 games ... collected 22 tackles, 13 solo, with one for loss ... posted five stops, four solo, in the Ball State win (9/10) ... closed the season with back-to-back four-tackle games in the Purdue victory (11/26) and vs. the Utes.

2015 (Freshman): Appeared in all 13 games at linebacker and on special teams ... posted 16 tackles, eight solo, with one forced fumble and one fumble recovery ... recorded three stops at Penn State (10/10), at No. 7 Michigan State (10/24) and in the win at Maryland (11/21) ... added his first career forced fumble against the Terrapins ... recovered his first career fumble in the victory at Purdue (11/28) ... IU special teams player of the week (Florida International).

2014: Redshirted the 2014 season ... three-time scout team player of the week (North Texas, Michigan State, Ohio State).
