Dan Godsil and Jonathan Crawford became the first Hoosiers and the 12th and 13th Big Ten players to start 50 games (50). Godsil, Crawford, Wes Martin and Tony Fields are the only IU players to appear in 50 games (50). He served as the team’s long snapper in every game since he arrived at Indiana. Godsil graduated with a SPEA management degree in May 2019. He signed a free agent deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers following the 2019 NFL Draft.

2018 (Senior): Team’s long and short snapper in all 12 games ... collected two solo tackles ... second team All-Big Ten selection Logan Justus hit 15-of-18 field goals (83.3 percent) and 32-of-33 extra points (97.0) ... Haydon Whitehead averaged 40.0 yards on 51 punts with 17 inside the 20-yard line, 21 fair catches and an average of 3.8 yards on 15 returns ... earned a scholarship for the 2018 season during fall camp.

2017 (Junior): Team’s long and short snapper in all 12 games ... collected two solo tackles ... Big Ten Bakken-Andersen Kicker of the Year Griffin Oakes hit 16-of-17 field goals (94.1 percent) and 38-of-39 extra points (97.4) ... Haydon Whitehead averaged 40.7 yards on 85 punts with 33 inside the 20-yard line, 31 fair catches and an average of 5.0 yards on 25 returns ... Academic All-Big Ten selection ... earned a scholarship for the 2017 season during fall camp.

2016 (Sophomore): Appeared in all 13 games as long and short snapper ... earned a scholarship for the 2016 season during fall camp.

2015 (Freshman): Served as the team’s long snapper (punts) ... made seven tackles, five solo ... appeared in all 13 games ... posted a season-best three stops, two solo, at Penn State ... IU special teams player of the week (Penn State).
