Bio
Samuels graduated from Syracuse University in May 2018 with a degree in psychology and is pursuing his master’s degree in informatics. He played in 46 career games with 24 starts.
2018 (Senior): Played in all 12 games at tackle ... made nine tackles, seven solo, with two sacks and one forced fumble ... posted a season-high three stops with his first sack as a Hoosier in the Virginia win (9/8) ... forced the first fumble of his career and added one sack in the Maryland victory (11/10) ... IU defensive player of the week (Maryland).
2017 (Junior): Started seven games and played in 12 overall ... posted 12 tackles, nine solo, one sack and two quarterback hurries ... added three multi-tackle games ... collected the first sack of his career at LSU (9/23) ... matched a career-high with three stops at N.C.
