Kramer joined Indiana as a transfer from Northern Illinois University on May 3, 2021. He played in 45 games at defensive tackles from 30 starts from 2017-20. Kramer made 97 tackles, 38 solo, 3.5 sacks, 12.5 for loss, and two pass breakups. He earned his degree in general studies in June 2021.

2021 (Graduate): Started all 12 games at tackle ... made 35 tackles, 19 solo, two sacks, five for loss, and one fumble recovery ... shared the team lead with a career-high-tying seven stops, one for loss, in his Hoosier debut at No. 18 Iowa (9/4) ... recovered his first career fumble in the Idaho win (9/11) ... tallied five tackles at No. 4 Penn State (10/2) ... recorded sacks in back-to-back games at Maryland (10/30) and at No. 9 Michigan (11/6) ... added six stops against the Wolverines ... netted five solos, one for loss, against Rutgers (11/13).

2020 (Senior): Posted 17 tackles, one sack, and three for loss in six games (all starts) ... recorded the sack and 1.5 TFLs with three stops at Western Michigan (11/28) ... closed out the year with a season-high four tackles at Eastern Michigan (12/12) ... tallied a stop for loss in each of the final three games.
