Competed at his first Big Ten Championships, taking 38th in the 500 freestyle with a career-best time of 4:28.63 ... also tallied a career-best time in the 200 freestyle placing 57th (1:41.12) ... posted an NCAA B cut in the 1,650 freestyle, finishing 21st in a career time of 15:29.79 ... finished 13th in the 500 free in a dual meet with Tennessee and Georgia (4:41.66) ... sixth in the 1,000 free at Louisville with a season-best time of 9:24.12 ... fifth in the 1,000 free in a dual meet win over Purdue (9:27.41) ... 21st in the mile at Ohio State (15:36.85) ... took fourth in the same event in a dual meet win over Michigan (15:52.45).
