Played 27 games, making 14 starts as either a designated hitter of outfielder … made 13 straight starts from Feb. 19 to March 9 … put together a six game hitting streak from Feb. 19 to Feb. 26 … went 3-for-3 with one run and an RBI against UTEP on Feb. 26 … posted a multi-hit game against No. 16 Texas A&M on Feb. 26 … drew a pair of walks and was hit by a pitch against the Aggies on Feb. 27 … picked up a hit, run and a walk against UTEP on Feb. 28 … collected a hit on an RBI single in a pinch hitting appearance at Maryland on May 7

FRESHMAN YEAR (AT OLE MISS – 2015)
Appeared in 19 games for the Rebels in 2015, hitting .300 with eight runs scored, three RBI, a double and a home run … in a 22-3 Ole Miss victory against Arkansas Pine-Bluff on March 11, McDonough scored a career-best three runs while knocking a home run.

Native of St. Louis … played prep softball at Notre Dame High School, where she was a four-time First Team All-Conference, All-District, All-Region and All-State selection … recorded a .599 career average and a .675 on-base percentage, while earning Notre Dame Player of the Year accolades three times … on her senior campaign, McDonough put up a .677 average and a .762 on-base percentage, which ranks second highest in Missouri history, while hitting safely in all 22 games … a member of the St. Louis Academy Gold 18-under team, McDonough helped her travel ball team qualify for the ASA Gold Nationals in 2013.
