Opened the season with a sixth-place finish in the 400 meters (50.56) and a fourth-place finish 4x400 relay (3:14.84) at the Indiana Early Bird meet … ran the 400 meters at the Commodore Challenge, crossing the finish with a time of 50:15 and aided the 4x400 relay squad to a fifth-place finish … ran a trio of events at the Indiana Invitational … aided in the 4x400 victory with a time of 3:14.84, ran a lifetime best in the 600 meters in a time of 1:23.70 and finished fifth in the 400 meters with a time of 50.18.

Outdoor:
Academic All-Big Ten honoree … finished seventh in the 400 meters in a time of 49.42 and the 200 meters, crossing the line in a time 20.50 at Ball State’s We Fly Challenge … won the 400 meters at the Sycamore Open and competed in the 200 meters running a time of 22.48 … set lifetime bests in the 200 meters (22.30) and 400 meters (48.69) at the Billy Hayes Invitational.
