FRESHMAN YEAR (1987-88)
Ann always performed when she was called on in a substitution role last season, and with continued improvement she will be a tough player at the forward position. She plays aggressively and will help fill the gap left by Rosie Carlton, last season's top Hoosier rebounder. Last year in a game against Wisconsin, Ann played only 13 minuted but grabbed a career high eight rebounds.

Anne was the first member of the 1987 recruiting class; she signed with the Hoosiers in the fall. An aggressive rebounder, Ann spent her summer playing with teammate Lori Meinerding on the Indiana All-Star team. Ann is a strong rebounder with a nice inside shot. Her final season she averaged 19.5 points and 11.5 rebounds a game. Among her honors are all-sectional, all-conference, and all-American. Street and Smith named Ann as onr of the top 30 high school players in the country.
