Paul Miller is in his second season at Director of Analytics & Scouting/Assistant Coach in 2025-26.
Miller joined the Hoosiers after two seasons (2023 and 2024) as an assistant coach with the Indiana Fever. In his role, he worked primarily with Indiana’s post players and the team’s offense. The organization ranked third in offense in 2024 and finished with a 20-20 record, making its first playoff for the first time since 2016.
Prior to the Fever, Miller served as an assistant coach with the Windy City Bulls in the NBA G League during the 2022-23 season. Prior to his assistant coach role with Windy City, Miller was the assistant to the head coach in Chicago from 2019-22 before moving over to Windy City’s coaching staff.
After playing college basketball at Lake Forest College in Illinois, the Canadian Lake, Michigan native began his career with the Chicago Bulls in 2011 as a video intern. He earned a degrees in history and religious studies in 2012.
Miller is married to his wife, Emily, and they have two sons, Elliott and Teddy.
