Will Sims completed his time with the Indiana Women's Basketball program from 2019-21.
During his time at Indiana, Sims helped the program go a combined 46-12 in two seasons and made an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2020-21 where it advanced to the program's first Elite Eight.
Sims is a three-year manager who has been with the program since the 2016-17 season. The Ft. Wayne, Ind. native assisted the IU staff with a variety of aspects of the program as it won a WNIT title and made the NCAA Tournament this season.
He also spent time as a coaching intern with Distinxion for two years. He earned his degree in sports marketing & management in May 2019 and graduated from Homestead High School in Ft. Wayne.
He's pursuing a master's degree in public management.
