Played golf at Carmel High School ... was a four-time All-Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference team selection ... named to the 2013 IHSAA all-state team ... posted low rounds of 69 at the 2013 Indiana Junior Golf Girls State Junior Championship and the 2014 HSE Invitational ... finished fourth at the IHSAA state finals in 2013 as Carmel won the team title ... was a 13th-place finisher at the state finals in 2014 ... as a team, Carmel finished in the top eight each of her four seasons ... in 2014, Rees placed second at the IHSAA Regional Tournament and was the MIC medalist after finishing as runner-up at the conference championship the previous three seasons ... she was also the IHSAA Sectional medalist in 2013 ... named 2014 IHSAA Academic All-State honorable mention ... earned Carmel Scholar-Athlete honors four times and was a two-time Carmel High School Athletic Directors Honor Roll member for the top GPA on the golf team ... parents are Bill and Jane Rees ... intends to major in Business at Indiana.
