Scott Joraanstad serves as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Business Operations and has been part of the IU Athletics' staff since 2008. He has been with Indiana University since 1997 and has 30 plus years of experience in higher education in business operations. He currently oversees Varsity Club business operations, Information Technology, Dining services, Travel and The Pfau Golf Course. He also serves as the sport administrator for Baseball, Softball, Men’s Golf, and Women’s Golf.
A North Dakota native, he received his Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota.
Joraanstad and his wife, Natalie, have two children, Carlie and Adam, and four grandchildren Henrik, Abigail, Magdalene, and Braelyn.
