Lene Mari Hovda saw four singles wins on the season with seven matches unfinished … beat Butler (6-1, 6-4), Western Michigan (7-5, 6-3) and Cornell (6-4, 6-2) in straight sets… picked up a conference win against Minnesota’s Emma Belluomini (7-6 (7-5), 6-2) … won five doubles matches on the year, starting the season with four straight wins alongside partner Lara Schneider.

Hovda played four years at Saint Mary’s College … played No. 1 doubles and No. 2 singles … recorded a 15-8 mark in singles and went 19-8 in doubles this past spring … crowned Norwegian Women’s National Singles Champion in 2022.
