Taylor Harnish is in her first year serving as a team manager for the IU Volleyball program. She is responsible for setting up equipment, laundry, statistics recording and film breakdown.

Before joining the Hoosiers, Harnish played volleyball at Muncie Burris High School in Muncie, Ind., and played club ball under the guidance of current IU Volunteer Coach Peter Chang. Harnish was a member of the back-to-back state champion Muncie Burris squads in 2008 and 2009. She is the daughter of Randy and Thanh Harnish and is majoring in Biology.
