Competed in two tournaments, taking first and third place ... began his 9-1 redshirt season with a 5-0 showing in the Michigan State Open, winning the Freshman/Sophomore Division heavyweight title ... followed that up by winning four of five matches in the F/S Division of the Missouri Open, finishing in third place ... recorded a pin in each tournament.
