Earned a fifth-place finish at the Greyhound Open ... as a redshirt, tallied a 7-8 unattached record with two technical falls and one pin … started with an 0-2 outing at the EMU Open (11/7) … earned his first two wins in a 2-2 day at the MSU Open (11/15) … opened the MSU Open with back-to-back wins, the first a 20-4 tech fall over David Sheldon (Ashland) … won two matches at the Alma Open (1/23), including a first-round pin in 4:27 … started a 3-2 day at the Greyhound Open (2/6) with a 17-1 tech fall, and ended with a 7-0 decision win in the fifth-place bout.
