Swam a career best, and NCAA B cut, time of 1:47.25 in the prelims of the Big Ten’s 200 fly, he placed 14th in the event with a time of 1:47.34 … took third, 11th overall, in the consolation final of the Big Ten’s 100 butterfly with a career best 47.33.
JUNIOR YEAR (2013-14)
Finished 18th in the 100 butterfly at the 2014 Big Ten Championships with a career time of 48.06 ... tallied a 21st-place finish in the 200 fly at 1:49.07 ... his prelims time of 1:48.36 is a career best ... won the 100 fly in a dual meet victory over Purdue with a time of 49.70 ... fifth in the 100 fly vs. Iowa/Missouri (49.97) and sixth vs. Louisville (49.81) ... sixth in the 100 fly at Cal (51.53) ... fifth in the 200 fly vs. Louisville (1:51.50) and sixth vs. Iowa/Missouri (1:51.65) ... fourth in the win over Purdue (1:52.74) ... seventh in the 200 fly at Stanford (1:56.67) ...
