2014-15 (R-SOPHOMORE): Indoor: ran a career-best in the 3,000m run to finish in 12^th place at the Indiana University Relays…was part of 4X800m relay team that finished in third-place at the Gladstein Invitational. Outdoor: finished in fourth-place in the 3,000m steeplechase at the ACC-Big Ten Challenge with a career-best time…fifth-place in the event at the Billy Hayes Invitational.

2013-14 (R-FRESHMAN):
Cross country ran at Iowa State University at the Roy Griak Invitational and the Wisconsin Invite.
Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 5:05.17 to finish in 12th place at the Indiana Relays...also ran a season-best time of 10:15.43 to finish in 18th place in the 3,000m run at the Meyo Invitational.
Outdoor: I didn't run because I was injured but I didn't redshirt because I redshirted my freshman year.

2012-13 (REDSHIRT at Iowa State): Redshirted the cross country, indoor, and outdoor seasons at Iowa State University

High School/Previous Honors:
All Conference, Sectional, Regional and State multiple years in both cross country and track. MVP in both XC and track and Co-captain in both XC and track.
High School/Previous Statistics:
Ran personal bests of 5:10 in the 1600m and 11:14 in the 3200m and 2:18 in the 800m
Placed 3rd and 9th in the 4x800 at the Indiana Track and Field State meet.
Ran a personal best of 18:49 in cross country and placed 12th in the Indiana Cross Country State meet. Helped lead team to only XC State appearance.
