Charlie Duffy is in his sixth year at Indiana and fourth with the men’s basketball program. In addition to serving as the primary contact for men’s basketball, Duffy also serves as the contact for men’s and women’s golf. He previously served as the contact for Indiana men’s soccer and both swimming and diving programs for two seasons.
Prior to coming to Indiana, Duffy spent two season at Texas State University as an Assistant Director of Sports Information. He worked as the secondary football contact as well as the primary contact for softball, women’s basketball and women’s golf.
A native of Indianapolis, Duffy earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Indiana University in 2013. He was a walk-on to the IU football team in 2009, worked as a coaching and recruiting intern with the football team from 2010-12, and spent three seasons as an assistant football coach at Bloomington High School North while in school.
Duffy and his wife, Shelby, live in Bloomington with their daughter, Livia, and son, Max.
