Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University in 2019. Following her dietetic internship at IUPUI, she began her career with IU Athletics as a fellow before transitioning to full-time in June 2021. She has been a licensed dietitian in Indiana since the fall of 2020 and earned her board certification in sports dietetics (CSSD) in the summer of 2023.
While working at IU, Emily supports to the nutritional needs of select teams including men and women’s swimming & diving, water polo, softball, rowing and field hockey. She also coordinates volunteers and interns that filter through the performance nutrition department.
Emily is a member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietetics Association and serves on IU’s interdisciplinary mental health task force team.
Originally from McCordsville, Ind., she now resides in Bloomington.
