In her inaugural year as a Strength and Conditioning Apprentice at Indiana Strength, Jaclynn VanHollebeke brings enthusiasm and a dedication to athletic development to her role. She is responsible for working closely with the Women’s Golf and Cheer programs, while also providing valuable assistance to additional teams within the Indiana University athletic community.
Jaclynn holds the esteemed certification of National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), a testament to her commitment to professional excellence in the field of strength and conditioning. This certification underlines her proficiency in designing and implementing effective strength training and conditioning programs to enhance athletic performance.
Before joining the Indiana Strength team, Jaclynn honed her skills and gained valuable experience as an intern with the University of Michigan Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning. This experience provided her with insights into high-performance training and further fueled her passion for helping athletes reach their full potential.
As a student, Jaclynn earned her bachelor’s degree from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, in 2022. During her undergraduate years, she showcased her leadership skills by serving on the Executive Board of the Vitality Dance Club, demonstrating her commitment to both academics and extracurricular activities.
Building on her undergraduate success, Jaclynn pursued and earned her master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. During this period, she actively engaged in an internship with Athletic Performance, gaining hands-on experience and further refining her understanding of the principles that drive successful athletic training programs.
