Julie Force is in her 18th year as the IU women’s basketball administrative assistant in 2024-25. Her responsibilities include scheduling for the Hoosier coaching staff, assisting in staff travel arrangements, maintaining the recruiting database and managing day-to-day activities of the women’s basketball office.
Force graduated from IU in 1992 with a degree in telecommunications and has previously worked for WTTS/WGCL radio, the IU Alumni Association, the YMCA, the IU Director of Athletics’ office and Unionville Elementary School.
Force and her husband Shawn have four children - Thomas, Claire, Sigourney and Seth.
